Guest Dress
My niece Martha is getting married in July (yay, Martha and Tim!), and I need an outfit. Getting dressed right for occasions is all about the event parameters, so here’s the brief: 1. Outdoor wedding and reception, 2. In Northern California at Highland Ranch, 3. Weather will be hot, then cool, and 4. Solid black or solid white is out. In keeping with wedding guest tradition of making someone else’s wedding all about ME, the guest, please help me pick a dress.

What do you think? One look is very Serena VanDerWoodsen, one look is very Blair Waldorf (yes, I watch Gossip Girl). One look is more country boho, one look is more aunt-at-a-wedding. Hmmm. I seem to be having a style crisis. What do you decree?
Edit: If you visit the Highland Ranch site, there is a picture on the top right-hand side of the home page from my own wedding. The bride-to-be is on the left, behind the Priest, with her arms up near her head. Awwwww.
